REGISTRATION POLICY:
The policy for registration for National Board Meetings states that all National Board and Council of Advisor Members must pay the full registration fee for the meeting. Guests of members may attend any food function and may pay only for that function. SEAC members who are not on the Board or the Council of Advisers are extended complimentary dinner and lunch.
NB Meeting registration deadline is December 31, 2013.

A block of rooms has been reserved for this meeting at the Renaissance Long Beach Hotel. The rate is $189 for a standard room and the type of room may be chosen when making your reservation. TRANSPORTATION TO LONG BEACH
Long Beach is serviced by air through all three airports: Long Beach, Orange County and Los Angeles. The Long Beach Airport is a short ride from downtown Long Beach and offers direct flights from 14 major cities including Chicago, Oakland, Phoenix, Portland, Salt Lake City San Francisco, Seattle and Washington, DC (Dulles). Most flights are on Jet Blue with some on Delta and US Airways.
We have secured a possible discount on Delta Airlines for this and the next two meetings. The code is NMH5F. When making your reservation, on the Delta website click on BOOK A TRIP, then at the bottom click on More Search Options. There is a space for you to put in the discount code on this reservations page. You will get the best fare which may include a discount. If you are flying Delta, please make your reservations through this process as we are eligible to earn airline tickets for future use.
TRANSPORTATION TO THE HOTEL
Transportation to the hotel is either by taxi ($25.00) or Super Shuttle from the Long Beach Airport. The Super Shuttle also offers transportation from LAX and SNA and is offering a 10% discount for our meeting from both airports.
