REGISTRATION POLICY:
The policy for registration for National Board Meetings states that all National Board and Council of Advisor Members must pay the full registration fee for the meeting.  Guests of members may attend any food function and may pay only for that function.  SEAC members who are not on the Board or the Council of Advisors will be extended complimentary lunch on Wednesday.

NB Meeting registration deadline is September 1, 2014

 

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The hotel for the meeting is The Grand America, 555 South Main Street, Salt Lake City Utah 84111.  The rate for our meeting is $219, plus a 12.6% tax (Premier Room).  The preferred way to make your reservation is through the hotel website to facilitate tracking:

However, you can also call the hotel reservation line at 800-304-8696 but be sure to reference the ARCS room block. 

THE CUT-OFF DATE TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM IS AUGUST 22, AFTER WHICH AVAILABILITY AND RATE CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.

ALL NB ATTENDEES ARE EXPECTED TO STAY AT THE GRAND AMERICA HOTEL.

 

AIR TRANSPORTATION
If you will be flying on Delta Airlines, please use our account code – NMH5F when making reservations.  On the Delta website, click on BOOK A TRIP, then at the bottom click on More Search Options.  There is a space for you to put in the discount code on this reservation page.  You will get the best fare which may include a discount, and we will earn airline tickets for future use.

TRANSPORTATION TO THE HOTEL
The Salt Lake City Airport is located just ten minutes from downtown.  Taxi and shuttle services are available. Taxi service booths are located outside door #7 in Terminal One and door #11 in Terminal Two. Taxi rate to the hotel will cost $20-$25.  TRAX is the light rail system that you can take from the Salt Lake City Airport and it drops you off one-half block from the Grand America Hotel.  TRAX takes about 25 minutes and the cost is $2.50 per person. If you prefer to rent a car, approximate driving distance is 7.2 miles; driving time is 10 minutes. Take the Airport Road to I-80 East, Travel I-80 toward downtown, Exit at 600 South, Turn left at Main Street.  The Grand America Hotel is on your right.
