10:15 am – 11:15 am: Demonstrations - Health Building North 4th Floor
                                                       Exercise Science & Health Promotion Kinesiology, Joe Marsit and student team

11:15 am – 1:00 pm:  Demonstrations - Health Building South
                                                       >Nutrition Kitchen
                                                       >Instructional Restaurant
                                                       >Dr. Carol Johnston's Vinegar and Almond Research
                                                        >Lunch by Chef Kent and a Vinaigrette Demo
