HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The cut-off date for making reservations at the group rate is December 28, 2015. Reservations may be made using the following link: https://ARCS2016NationalBoardMeeting or by calling 1-877-488-1908 and mentioning the “ARCS – 2016 National Board Meeting.”
REGISTRATION POLICY:
The policy for registration for National Board Meetings states that all National Board and Council of Advisor Members must pay the full registration fee for the meeting. Guests of members may attend any food function and may pay only for that function. If, after registering, a member needs to cancel, she must inform the National Board President and the Chair, National Board Meetings by email. Refunds will be made only if the cancellation is prior to the guaranteed event count being given to the venue.
TRANSPORTATION TO THE HOTEL:
The hotel is located 3.9 miles (15 minutes) from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Taxi service is $25.00 one way; super shuttle $13.00 one way; private sedan $50.00 one way. Self parking is $14.00 overnight; valet parking is $27.00 overnight.
