REGISTRATION IS OPEN for the National Board Meeting January 29-31, 2026, in Tempe, Arizona. 

The ARCS Foundation Board Meeting in Tempe, AZ launches on Thursday, January 29, with a series of optional early-arrival activities, including concurrent committee meetings and an LRP Workshop in the afternoon. That evening, attendees will travel to the Paradise Valley Country Club for a hosted Welcome Reception and Dinner, with shuttles provided to and from the Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU. The dress code for the evening is country-club casual.

On Friday, January 30, participants will gather at the ASU Graduate College for light breakfast bites followed by a presentation from Sally Morton, Executive Vice President of ASU’s Knowledge Enterprise. Dr. Morton will share updates on ASU’s research priorities, strategic partnerships, and the university’s $1B research enterprise. 

The official ARCS Board Meeting will follow. Afterward, attendees will enjoy a boxed lunch and take part in an immersive ASU Dreamscape Learn tour, showcasing cutting-edge virtual reality and experiential learning technologies. The day concludes with a reception at the Omni and small-group or independent dinner plans.

Saturday, January 31, before you travel home, optional activities include a visit to the Desert Botanical Garden.
