Becoming a member of ARCS Foundation begins with just one connection with a friend, a colleague, current scholar or scholar alum, or possibly an ARCS chapter event. ARCS member attendees at the 2011 National Annual Meeting had an opportunty to hone their skills to build membership in the Networking Seminar offered by Mr. Chris Palmer. Chris Palmer has lectured extensively around the country on this topic with excellent results.
